  1. Visit or write to any NAFDAC office nearest to you, informing them of your desire to register your product, thereafter have an appointment with them for inspection of your production or manufacturing site. The success of the inspection will determine your next step.
  2. The agency will generate a remit for payment of application form, kindly visit any bank and make your payment, ensure you fill the application form correctly and submit to the agency.
  3. Submit all require documents for verification and vetting.
  4. The officials will come for the second inspection, there will be no notification for their visit (inspection), so you must prepare for this.
  5. After the inspection and if you are successful, you will be asked to submit your product, treated water and raw water for laboratory analysis.
  6. Final vetting on all your documents and samples will be carried out.
  7. The agency (NAFDAC) will issue you a certificate of registration and registration number, if your factory and product meet up their standard and requirement.
